WHO DOES WHAT AND HOW

At the core of the Guided model sits a small team of strategists, creative talent and project managers. They come from a mixture of more traditional, digital and maverick agency backgrounds – and cultural ones too.

The core team gets to the nub of a problem and agrees objectives, strategy and brief… and manages everything in the delivery of projects. It is the interface of the agency for clients and no different to that of any other traditional setup.

These guys are surrounded by the Collective: diverse, award winning creative talent, cultural specialists, technical expertise and experienced delivery people who collaborate on projects.

The Collective is an extraordinary creative resource covering all cultural and communications bases to give real expertise and cutting edge insight across film, fashion, music, events, design, art, digital and advertising.

Members of the Collective collaborate with one another and the core team as and when required. Solutions can come from ‘anywhere’ and clients always get the best brains, insight and experience on the job.

The Collective continues to grow and diversify with only one constant – credible mass, not critical mass.

Spread across the core team and Collective are individuals who help spread messages – seeding, social media outreach and PR. They understand the best sites and titles that are vital to feature on, and the mechanics that make it easy and desirable to share.

So the process is simple:

Core team does up front thinking and briefs the Collective/cherry picked individuals. Great solutions are generated in response – and these are constantly tested, tweaked and improved by and amongst the Collective to ensure relevance, impact and credibility.
